I don't hate LeBatard the sports guy; I hate LeBatard the hot take social commentary guy. But that's what people want on sports shows now, I suppose... or not. The more ESPN caters to it, the worse their ratings get.

Agreed on the social stuff. He is big with confirmation bias and refuses to listen to opposing sides.
But their show in general is the best thing on ESPN right now.

It's probably a top 3 background viewing channel but, at least in my day, it got a lot of daytime viewing among the college crowd.
And with people that had TVs in their offices or on their desks.
