I see that my post was, apparently, misunderstood. To clarify, what difference does it make? If you do your job well and ethically, I don’t care what your race is in the least. ESPN is all-in on divisive tactics.

Can I be honest, and maybe non-PC? The same way we have stereotypes for blacks being athletes, we also have these for whites not being athletes. Therefore, a lot of white kids who love sports and never make the basketball or football teams but want to stay involved in the sport gravitate towards coaching. Why is it shunned these guys work their ways up the ranks and do well in that area of the game?
