Honestly this seems very predictable...

Not exactly that bold of a prediction

And if he does end up at USC. I imagine he will have success for many years before some of his baggage comes back to bite him there as well.

He'd dominate at USC.

He would also have way less pressure there. They've let Clay Helton disappoint them for years now.

It took Carroll three...and lets not forget, high school kids didn't know Carroll but as a failed NFL coach.

High school kids know Urban and Ohio State and Florida and Tebow.

I hope so.

Urban is an elite level coach and football is better when USC is good.

Will also be nice to have another program in the mix every year.

this obsession is unhealthy. you could tell Urban was in physical pain coaching on the sidelines this year. the dude is done for at least 2 seasons and i wouldnt be surprised if he never coaches again as a head coach

Not 2019, but 2020 I could see it.

I think he waits a couple years for Notre Dame though. He knows he won’t catch Saban in total NC but could leave a different, still very impressive legacy

Coached all time great college player (Tebow)
Win NC at 3 different schools (never been done)
Bring Notre Dame their first title in 3+ decades

Saban will always be viewed #1 and rightfully so, but Urban has a legit claim to that next tier with all those accolades and 4 or more NC. Sets a pretty high bar for others to reach him legacy wise

Honestly, I'd be OK with that. As long as he doesn't go to Michigan!

So is going to magically heal that arachnoid cyst in his brain his media backers say is so debilitating?

I heard that he left Florida bc he had an affair with a college student. The wife found out and had an affair with a personal trainer.

The school paid 850k to hush the student up or whoever he banged.

The situation was turmoil so he faked the health issues to get another gig bc they thought a fresh start would resolve things between him and the wife

USC certainly wouldn't care about his past. They aren't on anyone's radar anymore.
