I was rooting for norway but bellingham acknowledging the people that came to support them after the game, he seems like a good "bloke'

Hey Jude is the song they sing after every game in the World Cup. It's the same as Country Roads for the US. It had nothing to do with the actual player for England

Eh, not really. He has always been regarded as a supreme talent, but there's a reason that article was written questioning his inclusion in this England squad.
Ever since he won La Liga and the Champions League with Real Madrid a couple of years ago, he kind of gained a reputation for being a diva, and half-assing it or being ineffective during games.
His performances this World Cup can actually be considered a revelation. In the Mexico match, he was everywhere, even tracking back in defense. When he scored the equalizer against Norway, he ran back to the center circle without a huge "look at me" celebration. Dude seems fully committed.

That's more about Tuchel than Jude
Tuchel tried to make the camp/selection all about Tuchel, similar to that insane post-game interview yesterday
Jude is showing why sometimes the over-coaching types like Tuchel can be wrong trying to micromanage every aspect of the players on the field. There is a reason why Messi is allowed to literally walk about 80% of every game

Tuchel isn't managing him in Madrid though. He never should have been seriously dropped from the squad, but some of the criticisms about him were fair. There were still fans calling into talkSPORT during the group stage calling Jude "overrated", as ridiculous as it may seem.
As far as Tuchel's comments last night, I don't think they were that insane. He's right that England can play better, and he also likes to be blunt and push buttons. Jude's response to those comments was also a nothingburger IMO.

They were fine. Soft soccer fans are making a big deal about it. He sounded just like Saban would and he has England in a position they are rarely ever in.
