I grew up in watching college football. Could tell you all of the major conference affiliations.

I also grew up in an era where the Saints sucked. I love watching the NFL but I couldn’t tell you who’s in the AFC and NFC because I didn’t grow up giving a shite about it.

With all the changes I can see why she may ask this one. And yes they are, but So Cal is not.

If someone had never watched football, and you had to explain forward progress and why you have 2 clowns holding up either side of a 10 yard chain, you would think it's a good question.

Hell it's a good question now. Why do we still have chains? Why don't we put a chip in the ball to know exactly where forward progress was stopped if there is a question?

Tbh those questions aren't dumb questions at all, really.

It's much better than my wife asking me, "so what is offense again?"
"Why do only the skinny guys get to run the ball"
"So is the linebacker the one who is throwing the ball?"

It's still hilarious to me. My wife was in marching band all throughout high school. Meaning she literally attended damn near every football game for 4 years straight. We have been married multiple years. I've took her to multiple games at each level. She's watched multiple games with me. Yet she still asks the most ridiculous questions at times. You would think some of the knowledge I've shared with her regarding the game would stick after a while.

No. LMAO

Southern Cal always has been and always will be “USC”. They have one of the greatest historical programs in college athletics.

They have around 10 national championships in football and 11 in baseball.

South Carolina athletics are a complete joke outside of women’s basketball for the last few years and their baseball team in the 2000s and early 2010s.

They can’t hold Southern Cal’s jock.

Women need to be seen, not heard during college football games, especially LSU!

You have got to be one of the dumbest cocksuckers on this board. Are you really this socially awkward?

"The endzones are so pretty and vibrantly painted in solid school colours. Why can't the Superdome do this?"

Asked to me at the LSU / USC game

Where in the ball do you put the chip? If it’s in the middle and the nose makes the line to gain how do you measure that?

I don't know enough about the chips, but I'm sure you can design something where if any part of the ball goes across a laser line.
