Yes the pitching has gotten a lot better more kids are not signing and teams have more complete staffs. You see LSU Miami etc have 2 legit Aces now not 1 guy and by day 3 just hope.

I think more top guys are deciding they'd rather slay college pussy for 3 years and then only spend a year or two in the minors in riding buses from shithole town to shithole town for 4 or 5 years. It's really helping out the college game.

Luken Baker is the most impressive freshman hitter I've ever seen.

The pitching has also gotten better which cut down scoring.

I actually enjoyed the title games the last 5 years (about all I watched) for the pitching duels...like real pro baseball. 4-2, 3-2, 3-1, 2-1.

Hated the homerun fest before 14-5, 14-13, 21-14... finals...aluminum craziness.

Pat Burrell was best Freshman I ever saw. He hit one against us in regional Final over flag pole at Disch-Falk

I don't miss gorilla ball because that wasn't baseball either, even though we dominated it.

The bats pre the major overhaul seemed fine though

I may catch a few innings here and there. But it's so drawn out. Use the same timetable as a conference tournament and it would be a lot more exciting

Considering my program has never once made it past the regional stage of the postseason, why yes I watch when they're not in the CWS.

CWS is pretty cool.

Some of you are spoiled.

I do not simply because college baseball isn't entertaining enough to watch if I have no rooting interest, especially in that park.

Same here.

No LSU, no care.

Who plays in Rosenblatt Stadium now?

Zoo animals.

Seriously though, the Zoo bought it and tore the stadium down.

Most of it is a parking lot now. However, they put a little mini Roseblatt on the site around the original homeplate. It is pretty cool.
