My dad does the same thing. He's a broken record on the subject sometimes.

I generally don't subscribe to conspiracy theories because I don't have confidence in large amounts of people keeping their mouths shut.

So you think the other owners who are pouring millions into their teams are fine with a fix?

But they don't. And, do you think people like Tom Benson are willing to sit back and accept it while Jerry Jones made much more?

I got a little skeptical when we had the Harbaugh bros in the Super Bowl along with Ray Lewis' last game.

To go with Joe Flacco's miraculous 75 yd bomb to force OT against Denver in those same playoffs.

If you look at all the games being referenced, the vast majority of the blame should fall on the players making bonehead plays.

Especially the Ravens vs the Broncos in 12

Patriots after 9/11
This is the best one. It happened in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania. But let's fix it for Boston just because their team is called the Patriots.

I'm a Kobe fan and i agree 100% with this

The only other event I've watched where I'm convinced some wrong was going on was the '01 Maryland/Duke Final 4 game. You could not have watched that game and objectively said that there wasn't some major bullshite going on there

You can always say something was fixed is a certain sense after the fact...

I feel that way all the time. It's absolutely incredible how often the spread comes into play. I wouldn't say fixed but strongly influenced.

With so many games to pick from there's always gonna be a good bit that are down to the wire. Not to mention the amount of work Vegas puts in to making those line. It's ridiculous the amount of analytical crap they use for each game

There's way too much money to be made legitimately to risk that on letting a team win because it's a better "story".

If the MLB didn't rig things for the Yankees to win the 2001 World Series, it won't ever happen.
