Do the Yankees win the World Series in 07 without the bug game?

The Yankees lost to Cleveland in Game 2 when the midge attacked Joba, Cleveland took 2-0 lead.

But Fausto Carmona pitches in 9th with some bugs also for the Indians.

Idk. I'll never forget watching that game while we were calling Timmy Tebow though.

I’ll never understand why Torre didn’t take the Yankees off the field.

Rockies were blazing, Sara Jean Underwood in her prime hot.

If the World Series hadn’t been delayed, there might be a banner.

2007 Payrolls

New York Yankees: 189,639,045

Cleveland Indians: 61,673,267

I would be embarrassed to be a Yankees fan

Cant even win with wider gaps than European soccer leagues.

Terrible franchise.

No he wouldn’t have. Torre says his biggest regret that year wasn’t pulling his team.

I guess you forgot how Hinch threatened to pull the Astros off the field before 2nd game in New York last year?

I'll never be able to forget the image of those things stuck to the back of Joba's fat, sweaty neck.

Indians were a better team that year. Hell, Indians should have beaten Boston. They had a pitching staff that was lights out until the three games they faced against Boston to blow a 3-1 lead.

That scar still runs deep.

Joba rules and the summer of 07 were a simpler time for us all.
