Actually thought he was considering OSU in 2012 until Meyer came available. I think SCar or Ohio State were the only 2 jobs that may have had some pull for him

I'll never forget how he flipped his shite and wanted Harbaugh fired before his first game was even over b/c they lost on the road to a pretty good Utah team that had beaten them even worse in Ann Arbor the year before.

It's got nothing to do with the NCAA. He's being sued by a former staffer for wrongful termination saying that he was the scapegoat of a sexual assault investigation involving three players.
