Henry seems like a cool dude. Like frick Bama and all, but dude seems like a good guy and lasting this long in the league means he has a helluva work ethic.

It was weird seeing Derrick Henry run at Alabama. He would have a bunch of carries for minimal gain and then break off two 50+ yard runs every game. It was like watching a 240-pound Barry Sanders.

Calling himself slow while motoring down the sideline at 250 pounds

ETA: he was running 21.72 mph.. "slow af"

If he started to angle towards midfield then went back to the sideline he might’ve been able to get past that safety who had the angle

He ain't no Bo, that's for sure. Lowered expectations generation calling everyone super-special.

When you can literally run around the defense.

He became what Leonard Fournette was supposed to be. What a fricking legend.

It's a pleasure to watch him on the field.

I'm old enough to have watched Earl Campbell, who left a huge stride to fill. Derrick Henry give me the same feeling of "lookathimgo"

Were you one of the ones arguing here a couple of weeks ago that Henry wasn't special?

You’re right. He’s not nearly as injury prone despite being a bruiser who relishes contact.

He's just an old school, all-business, blue-collar guy. Doesn't even celebrate when he scores a touchdown most of the time. Amari Cooper is the same way. Miss those guys.

Would’ve taken him #1 overall in 2016. He was as close to a sure thing as it gets but somehow fell to the 2nd round. NFL GMs lol

RBs just aren’t valued,

He’s a beast though.

He also picked the right situation.

couldn’t think of a better landing spot for him than Baltimore.

God was bored asf one day and was watching someone make created players on CFB and importing them into Madden and said I think I'll do that too

Let's make him as big as a DE/TE, give him top end speed, freakish strength and power, a 100 stiff arm rating, and very good cut back vision. I'll also give him crazy work ethic, a strong sense of self, humility, discipline, and a heart of gold. Then smiled, snapped his fingers and his mom conceived lol
