Yes we don't know the specifics of how long Manti lied/embellished or exactly what he lied/embellished about. But its 99% certain Manti was the victim of Ronniah sick scam.
There are still retards out there who think Manti was in cahoots with Ronniah. Because Manti had this childhood dream of being a Heisman Runner-up. Manti knew the only way he could reach this amazing goal of Heisman runner up is to have not 1 but 2 deaths.

I'll steal a line from Al Gore, Manti eventually found out that there was an inconvenient truth that he was getting punked.

If not for Manziel he would have won the Heisman, obviously. And when is the last time a linebacker was the Heisman runner up? And what about all the other awards he won because of this story?

I stepped away for an hour and a half, and we jumped about 20 pages. What happened in the last 2 hours? Shelly Smith has somebody saying it was all a hoax? That's BS. I will never believe that somebody sat on a phone with Te'o for hours upon hours "every night" for four months. Te'o lied about that to the media, just to push the "poor Te'o lost his girlfriend" agenda. Te'o was lying about his "girlfriend" from the first moment he started talking publically about her. This internet persona was never the "love of his life".

The benefit off all the positive press he was receiving for the dead girlfriend story. It certainly helped his rise to Heisman finalist, but apparently you don't buy it.
