My prediction:
Luhnow with a 80 game suspension.
Hinch with a 30 game suspension:
I think we will learn that Luhnow was the brainchild. Hinch probably pushed back, but finally relented. He definitely isn’t a guy smart enough or in a position of authority to make a full blown sign stealing mafia set up shop at MMP.
I look for Beltran, Gattis, and McCann to all receive 5 game suspensions.
Astros will lose first round draft pick and then a second round pick on alternating years.
After all that, they will have to perform 1000 hours of community service cleaning the flower beds around Angel’s stadium.
Off topic, why the hell did they not make a move on Bumgarner? Is 5 years too much?

No. I’m just speculating on the human nature and factoring in all the variables.
Cole will make over 1 mil per start. That’s sick money.
Now he has to live up to those standards with a new pitching coach, a lazy catcher and an insane fan base. The chance he reproduces the numbers he had last year are slim to none - that’s when the “worse things” start.
