I think that guy is a nobody who bought a Twitter blue verification badge and is having a blast trolling away.

We don't need starting pitching. Need a couple hitters.

Astros resign Montero. Guess we have a GM. Same guy that owns the team.

Seems like a lot of money for him, but glad he's back. Solidifies the bullpen and one less problem for us to worry about.

Why do we need a GM? Dusty and Jim Crane's son can handle the negotiations. None of this analytics baloney to clog up good ole fashioned ball player signings!

Yea would have made sense to let him walk and slide BA back, BUT having a backend of Neris, BA, Raffy, and Press shortens the frick out of ball games which is nice as hell

And Raffy seems to have a rubber arm and can go damn near every night

Stanek too. Crazy arm talent.

Just looked it up and Montero is 32. Had no idea he was that old. I can still see him being good next year, but the 2nd and 3rd year of the deal idk.

Crane is the GM and Dusty is in love with Montero. Dubon extension is next on the list.

Yea I excluded StanDAWG bc Dusty seems to have him pigeon holed as the clean up the inning guy, which is obviously still valuable.

Was wondering how old Raffy was. Relatively little wear on that arm for that age

Montero was the shakiest leverage guy we had in the playoffs. Watch all of his appearances. Game 2 gives up a barely foul dinger to schwarber then next pitch drives tucker to the wall. He also also almost blew game 5 with 2 walks forcing Pressly to a 5 out save. These guys are so unpredictable year to year it's stupid af to commit to them.
