I'd love nothing more than the Stros to jump out to a 5 or 6 run lead early with Verlander on the hill and go on to a route tonight. Get all the bats on track and have the Yankees thinking about the beat down they got tonight going into Game 7.
That's best way to get this momentum swung back in the correct direction.
ETA: I've always HATED the Red Sox because I find their fan base annoying and never really have minded the Yankees too much until this Series. This Series has had me grow a hate for that Organization that equals my hate for the Red Sox, Cardinals, Cubs, Braves, Cowboys, 49ers, Alabama, and Spurs.
GO STROS GO BEAT THE HELL OUTTA THOSE DAMN YANKEES

I guess Bregman hasn’t been much better to warrant batting 2nd but still
I know moving Yuli up was mentioned but I guess they’re worried about a big lineup change causing the guys to press even more?
ETA: I will say, current cold streak aside, this is probably our best and most dangerous lineup you could put on paper

Beltran isn’t in it so I am happy. I really don’t care where people are at. It all starts with springer not playing 2015 K or homerun ball.

Why don't they change something up and put the only two guys capable of getting on base in the same third of the lineup, with Yuli behind them? It seems to me like a lineup of:
Altuve
Correa
Springer
Yuli
Bregman
Gonzales
Reddick
Gattis
McCann
Could get you off to a hot start and actually do get on base. Then these "unproductive" outs that Springer and Bregman are getting are starting to come with people on base that can advance on the outs, and possibly score on them. Instead its as if you get two outs, Altuve comes up and gets on, and then either Correa or Yuli end the inning. Never ending cycle of that this series!
