Mariners now have a losing record and are 6.5 games back. They're closer to the Rangers than us. They may well be ready to give up. Won't surprise me if they end up in 3rd place.

Don't like Yed hitting 2nd. I think we did this earlier in the season right? To try to maximize the amount of At bats he gets in a game. But you're hitting him behind one competent hitter who has an above average chance at being on base when Yed Yombs. I'd rather up the chances that he's got ducks on the pond when he hits a bomb.
