Six runs in the first inning. Ouch.

Doesn’t seem like a game that the Astros can win. Hot offensive start has waned, pitching staff in seeming disarray, morons running the show, etc.

I am pissed I failed to mention the absolute travesty that is this team’s “strength” and “conditioning” staff.

Horrible as the pitching is, (and it certainly is) the offense the last two days may be more disturbing. Even if the pitching improves, it’s only going to improve so much. Reverting back to 2025 levels of offensive frickery with this staff could result in 100 losses.

That looks like a “caption this pic” challenge. I’ll go with “it only took two series on the road for our hopes to go down the shitter”

Astros have scored 19 more runs than any other team in the American League. They've also given up 8 more runs than any other team in the AL.
