I thought JT barreled it and it was up in the jet stream and gone. Was pacing behind my couch and bruised my foot jumping up when he was jumping

Unfreakingbelievable how awesome those defensive plays by Mancini and Chas

Yeah Shane owns the DAT. And Peej will not set foot in that thread. Admins make it happen.

That dudes game is way ahead of his experience, he gets to these post game interviews and doesn't even know what to say.

I wish he would just come out and say "I won the fricking game bitch"

That Chas catch was the greatest catch I've ever seen in my life. Holy fricking cow.

And Mancinis play in the 8th? Oh my word.

Its WAY too early to say this applies long term, but this makes losing Correa a lot easier to swallow.

Mancini making plays on D I say put him at DH and see if that confidence carries over

I feel in my gut Game 6 is going to be an offensive explosion for this team, Yed and Tucker turn it on on Wheeler

I’ve suspected for a while that chicken was anti-Astros by the way he treats the DAT.

And now it’s pretty certain… there are 4 or 5 Pro-Phillies/anti-Astros Larry Leo ‘articles’.

I hope whoever it is, has serious heart burn from the Astros winning tonight.

For a long time this season, if asked if I would take Correa back next year if he opted out of Minnesota, I would have said yes.

But the last 2 months have changed my mind. No slight to Mr. Texas, but I feel good with Pena longterm now

I still say yes, but he has to learn how to play first base.

Watching Dusty’s interview…

“Man, I’m getting too old for this shite.”

ETA: he didn’t really say it with words. But I could see it in his eyes.

Forgive me for losing track, were you with us through the regular season? apologies if I've forgotten

Helpful hint, bookmark this thread. One of our superstitions is staying in a thread over an off day and starting a new thread on game day. Chicken doesn't like it and anchors the thread but we'll stay there. Hell we hung out in the ALCS G4 thread for 5 days until the World Series thread.

The best learning curve is the playoff learning curve, it will be interesting to see how he progresses next season

I’m actually looking forward to seeing how Chas responds. If he can hit .260+ and play solid CF… I’ll take it.
