The more the talking heads mouth off I think the more it motivates this team they've got a chip on their shoulder but they haven't been able to express it

Yep. I think the thing that just befuddles everyone is why they didn’t do this all year.
As for the media, they’re so mad that a) no players got punished b) that the title wasn’t stripped, and c) they didn’t have to deal with the wrath of opposing fans.
They’re having a tantrum and I love it.

It baffles me that not a single announcer has mentioned that there's no evidence that they did any of the trash can stuff in 2019 and they still went to game 7 of the works series after one of the best offensive seasons in history. Maybe they are talented fricking hitters and are really tough to beat if they get even remotely hot.

Yes, exactly. What about the 210 wins, 2 AL West titles, 2 ALCS appearances, 1 AL pennant and 9 outs away from another title that happened since then?
Also Christian Yelich hit 124 points below his 2019 avg and Cody Bellinger 66 pts lower. They can just have a bad year, but for our guys it MUST be the scandal.
