I love this and hate it at the same time.
Counsell with resources is dangerous, but I really like David Ross. Unfortunately, we all knew when Ross was hired that he was a stop gap. He was only there to say yes to ownership and take beatings while they "retooled" and he would be gone as soon as they were serious about competing.
