Someone needs to make this. Where is the line drawn? Do players from Africa play on the black team or just "African Americans" get to?
What % black or white do you have to be? What if just one of their grand parents was black/white?

Blacks from Africa and the Caribbean (most notably, JPP) should play on the third team.

Close to 100%. I think all of your grandparents and parents have to be the same race.
A tough question is about foreigners. I think they should all go to the third team, except for military children born overseas. They can play for the white or black team if they meet all other requirements.

Well if we are going white all stars vs black all stars it's no contest.
I would say that Watt and Justin smith would be a better 3-4 DE combo than anything the black team could muster.
