The all white versus all black team would be actually be a good game. The white team has its biggest advantage in a QB driven league.

The QB gap is massive. The best QB in the league (whoever you think it is) will have a great o line blocking, so he can throw to Gronk, J Witt, Welker, Jordy, Decker, etc.
Also, the black team should use Ochocinco as the place kicker. He tried out for Sporting KC, so I would assume he could hit easy to medium field goals.
Black vs. white advantages:
Offense:
QB - W
RB - B
WR - B
TE - W
OL - W
Advantage: white.
Defense:
DL - W
LB - B
DB - B
Advantage: black.
Special teams:
K - W
P - W
KR - B
PR - B
Coverage - B
Advantage: white because I think the kicker and punter is too much.
Coaching:
Advantage: white, but Tomlin, Frazier, and Smith would be a strong group of coaches as well.
The game comes to the white advantage at QB and the black advantage at WR. I think it would be close.
