What says the MSB? So here are the rules:

22 offensive and defensive starters.

No mixed race or Pacific Islanders like Troy Polumalu or Jimmy Graham. No Latinos or Asians. We're talking straight up Caucasian folks here.

Given that there are no white cornerbacks on any NFL rosters and only 5 white secondary position players, some of the pigment-challenged players are going to have to play out of position, so bear that in mind.

I think they'd be really, really good on offense but they'd probably get torched on defense.

Can Wes Welker play CB? Maybe Ryan Swope (when he gets drafted)?

As long as they play against other all-white teams, sure, they could be competitive.

Whiteys would have to draft Brent Grimes in the 2013 Racial Draft

Who's the DBs? Depending on that, they'd be competitive if healthy. Pick your QB plus great oline. Hillis would suffice at RB. Amendola and Welker at WR. Would have a good DL and LB core as well

They'd be awesome at QB obviously

awesome on the OL

they'd be OK in the back field (Peyton Hillis, Danny Woodhead, Jacob Hester, Toby Gerhart. But the O-line they'd have make them look like studs

They'd again be OK at WR (Welker, Amendola, Riley Cooper)

D-Line would be decent enough, they'd probably need to play a 3-4 because they would be stacked at OLB.

Secondary would be shite

The only white secondary players I know of are Craig Steltz and the guy who got torched for the Broncos in the playoffs

ETA: oh shite Brian motherfricking Hartline

+ Decker and Hartline at WR
+ Hester at RB/FB

Craig Steltz at safety

Peyton Hillis, Toby Gerhart and Danny Woodhead would make a decent platoon.

I think they would be competitive (as in win a few games a year) as long as they played regular NFL teams and didn't have to face an all-black all-star team.

Youre not winning any game by 50 with Eric Smith as your starting safety
