I have some bias, but I’d take Joe over Phil all day long.
Phil padded a lot of stats when they were always down by many points. Was a fantasy FB staple because of that. Not a clutch player either.

I love Joe don’t get me wrong but Phillip Rivers is one of the greatest QBs to ever play in the NFL. He just happened to play during a period of historically great QBs so he never won a SB.

Cincy hadn't won a playoff game in 33 years when Joe won there, despite injuries and being "aloof" he's won 5 and was within 1 play of winning the Super Bowl. Cincy's issue isn't Burrow. It's the owner. They draft very poorly. 2 of the only picks in the last 6-7 years that have hit on have been Joe and Ja'marr (which Joe had to beg them to take), otherwise they might have taken a bust, yet again.
