One bracket in Omaha is on the cusp of being West Virginia, Troy, USC, and Mississippi.

I think if SC can make Omaha they will be the favorite on that side of the bracket. Their pitching suits them well in that park, plus they played there a couple weeks ago in the Big Ten tourney.

I really like West Virginia. They got a bad draw last year having to come to the box and getting absolutely buzz sawed.

State has no choice but to leave their starter in. He's their guy and his pitch count is still okay.
Their bullpen is atrocious and can't throw strikes. Just have to hope they can get out of this and their offense answers.

Can't see Volchko coming back out. This game got real interesting. Feels like MSU has to win this one if they want the series. UGA can bounce back. O'Conner running them out of the inning earlier might really cost them. Could've gotten to the bullpen early in the series

Kinda weird that they're shifted pullside while ole boy is throwing 100 mph. It would still be a tough play but would've been a SS trying to make it instead of a 3B

I just had to tell this to someone.. But when MSU was up 6-0 UGA was +650. I knew UGA wasn't going to get shut out and that with a decent inning they could make it a ball game so I bet $5.. I never really make in game bets.. To much up and down, its just not of interest to me, but I went ahead and took the risk on UGA.. So this has been an exciting game to watch.

It's ridiculous and cheapens the homerun. Putting SEC athletes on a HS field is not a good choice. Like watching old big 12 football
