you also need to note that the SEC has 2 more teams than the Pac 12
Do players drafted/# of teams, SEC will still probably win.

I don't know if he's noticed, but Pac-12 teams aren't exactly winning championships either right now.
I agree that the SEC is the best, but this is a weak argument. One team winning the championship doesn't make a division the best. You wouldn't say the AFC east is the best division in the NFL just because the Pats won the SB.

I agree but when the "SEC didn't win the title two years in a row!" is used as a reason it's not the best it has to be noted the Pac-12 hasn't won a title that wasn't shared or vacated since 1972.

It's not my main argument, but if you want to argue the Pac-12 is better, you have to have some sort of championships to show for it when the SEC can trot out like 10 of those suckers for the last 12 years.

and that's all it is, you could tell in his tone he was doing nothing more than riling up a group that is easy to rile up. He's getting lazier and lazier as he ages.

Dak Prescott is "embarrassing?" Lol
I wouldn't even call Bo Wallace "embarrassing."
I mean, if there was 1 team in the SECW whose QB situation was "embarrassing"...

Can you imagine how much his staff must laugh when the board lights up with calls from the rural SE after a segment like this. It's low hanging fruit but probably still a lot of fun. Call screener must have a field day.

Lebatard humbled his arse on his "the 2015 Cleveland Cavs are the best team LeBron has played on" statement. He's not bad when he's on Lebatard's show because he doesn't go all blowhard. He's impossible to listen to on his own show.

I'd argue the number of players the SEC has been pumping into the NFL is hurting its teams. The SEC has/had more talent, but it as a group isn't light years ahead to where it can withstand that depletion.
I just don't think its possible to keep reloading with the amount of talent leaving each year like it did the past few years.
It will probably self correct a bit. While individual talent is the main reason why guys leave early/get drafted, onfield performance that relies on teammates is a part of that, and so with diminished team performance you'll see a few margin guys here and there stay on with their respective teams to better draft status, thereby increasing on field performance and probably restarting the cycle anew.
The one thing that won't change is geography.

I used to listen to him up until 3-4 years ago. Even though he's an insufferable douchebag, he does cover college football more than most of the national guys.
I stopped listening to him because I was watching him one day and, I kid you not, he went on a 10-minute filibuster about how he was in the process of having a successful second marriage. That's when I decided it was a waste of time listening to him.
But, here's how I know he's just trolling. Back when I listened to him, he was always championing the SEC. Now, primarily because of one mediocre bowl season, he's acting like it's all over for the SEC?
Not only that, but he's making it much too personal.
The SEC will always be in the mix for the best football conference, simply because the most fertile recruiting territory in the country runs right thru the SEC.

you see you just need to understand business
we dont have time to play practical jokes at the office. I'm too busy working. That's why I surround myself with successful people. Sure we have fun and we have a sense of humor, but we don't have time to play frat guy games

The Washington Huskies draft from last night is such an anomaly it's laughable. They had as many first rounders last night as TOTAL PLAYERS THE PAST TWO YEARS (from Wiki so not verified but you get the point).
I mean looking at one draft is so dumb.
The Pac is 4th in the power 5 in draft pics in the 2000s.

I only know about the Pac whatever from an LSU standpoint. And LSU absolutely owns the Pac whatever. The Tigers are 16-3 vs schools that were in the various incarnations of the Pac....Pacific Coast, Pac 10, Pac 12. And 5-1 and 2-0 respectively vs current Pac 12 members Colorado and Utah.
Altogether, LSU is 23-4 vs the current members of the Pac 12, having won 13 in row. The last loss to a Pac whatever school was in 1979, to USC. LSU avenged that loss in 1984.
Whenever I see LSU scheduled to play a Pac whatever team, I count that as a win for the Tigers.
Take that, Cowherd!

I don't listen to CC anymore. It's supposed to be a sport talk show and most of the time it ends up about him or something political. Next week he will say the SEC is the best because of recruiting, bla bla bla.
