I thought the same thing. Both are over the top self promoting and the annoyance of that brings out the haters and overshadows the fact that both are actually doing a good job. But the funny thing is neither would be in the position they’re in without the ego.

Define fail?

I think he’ll have success, not national title nor conference championship success but I think he’ll have a winning season.

However, I don’t think he’ll ever have long term success anywhere

This board is largely filled with guys that eat and breathe college football. All those teams are vast majority black kids. They cheer them on and donate their time and money to the program. Yet somehow being critical of a guy who has been a loud mouth his entire life is now racism.

This argument always falls apart because nearly every coach regardless of color gets clowned on here

There's always going to be racists, but I think it's because people tend to view stoic leadership style above being brash.

Really, Colorado is pretty good. So far pretty disciplined. Shadur Sanders is a good QB. The fact that they are not being blown out after 2 turnovers and leading a still very good TCU team says he has the Buffs ready to play.
