Went on that huge run, and naturally came back to rest of pack, and the hitting got cold at worst time.
Dodgers went on their run of losses at the right time, get that shite out, before the playoffs start, not during it. We've watched mediocre teams get hot last couple weeks and go from Wild Card to WS winner, getting hot at the right time.

Is losing 2 games in a row, especially in baseball, really blowing it? Their longest series' in the playoffs are the same length as every series in NHL/NBA playoffs, yet the regular season is literally twice as long. Weird!

Yep, that team was incredibly loaded and they lost to a Braves team that was probably not in the top 2 Braves teams of the 90s in terms of talent.
