Well that's a choice now isn't it.
Calling homosexuality a sin implies that is also a choice, which is a preposterous way of thinking in 2013.

If you are gay, be gay. Why is someone who was a coward hiding in the closet for decades praised when he comes out? Just live your life and don't force me to have to accept your views. Don't me take a sensitivity course because I don't agree with you, just as I don't expect atheists to do so because they don't agree with my religious beliefs. .

We need an OTL episode on NBA players that masturbate or have premarital sex, and then have Broussard tell us all about what a sin it is.

But, to argue that it is natural is just wrong.

Just reminds me of when people were hating on the owner for Chick Fil A for donating his money to his beliefs. You shouldn't be blasted for your opinion.
So I'm not allowed to have an opinion about your opinion?

I'm not saying he's right, all I'm trying to say is that he was just stating his beliefs as a Christian, not being hateful in the slightest. I don't think he could have said what he wanted to say in a much better way IMO.

The morality depends on your religion and how you interpret it, as for me, I don't think it's immoral.
Unnatural, yes.

I wouldn't call his comments hateful, but I would call them extremely ignorant.

You asked, I answered. Hearing that shite pisses people off because of gay marriage. I'm just telling you why he is going to get slammed for it.
Even so, religion and the workplace? Tsk tsk not a good idea. Credit espn's producers. They knew this would get a reaction

I judge the intolerant and people who stupidly evaluate NBA trades.

Well you can't call yourself a Christian and not believe homosexuality is a sin. But let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Wait, what?
Didn't I say he SHOULDN'T be blasted for his opinion?
I am not going to call someone a fricking idiot that should be banned from TD for not agreeing with me.

Ignorant because he doesn't agree with it or because a labeled it a "sin"?
Posted on 4/29/13 at 7:23 pm to Draconian Sanctions
Not nearly as ignorant as your statement in this thread.
Posted on 4/29/13 at 7:24 pm to Cap Crunch
I will say, that standing behind religion is kinda getting laughable. Homosexuality as a sin isn't like the basis for the religion and the bible is full of offensive shite that no one adheres to

Yeah, it's not black and white, and for you believing that it is makes you just as ignorant, if not moreso.

See, this is the point.
Why is it not "religion in the workplace" when people come out and openly support gay marriage on ESPN?
It's "you have to either agree with this, or don't say anything...because if you do say something, you're a BLANK (bigot, ignorant, racist, sexist, etc. depending on topic)

Ignorant because of the implication that homosexuality is a choice because he called it a sin.

Ehh, just has to do with the times. Christians won't make a big deal about this in 10-15 years when gay marriage is legal everywhere
