You mean Virginia? There’s no question it’s bad there.

I probably should have read the article.
I assumed it was in the Kansas City area. Regardless, I stand by my statement and verified that Eric was shipping Kansas City water to their Virginia home.

The article does not say so but it reads that way to me.

Judging by other news accounts that included a photo of him -- yes.

Yeah there was one. Can't remember for sure which board, but I'm pretty sure it was here on the MSB.

Had to look up the difference in attempted murder vs malicious wounding. Seems pretty subjective that it was attempted murder if he shot her multiple times in the upper body.

Don't think I've ever heard of malicious wounding before. Regardless what a terrible way to start training camp. That mug shot makes me think it was only a matter of time when he'd do some f'd up shite.

twice the sentence as ambivalent wounding and 4 times that for benevolent wounding

and Eric after all this time was actually sleeping with his son's enemy

Uhhh, I don't think the family has lived in the KC area for a few years.

One of the things I read (not a top tier publication) was that he was trying to shoot his girlfriend or wife and the mother was shot on accident as she tried to separate her son and the other woman.

I suspect if that’s the case, it would initially be this charge instead of attempted murder.

Of course, I don’t think being a terrible shot is a reason to get softer criminal charges.
