Carolina is sloppy because of Denver. This is a typical game for Denver
A lot of these penalties have looked pretty sloppy to me.
Denver defense is playing really well, I am not trying to diminish them, but false starts, off sides personal fouls... a lot of that is just making the game look ugly.
