The fricking spin control going on by TNT/Turner Sports/NBATV and ABC/ESPN is making me sick. ITs like the commish pulled the plug on the highlight or the higher ups told them to remove the clip from the news.

Its a clear push for their best interest and not the best interest/integrity of the game. Its a fricking shame and I'm livid. Wade knows hes untouchable at home. He knows the refs wont touch him. He took a huge cheap shot on Rip Hamilton during the regular season in front of a ref and got away with it.

I'm down to get something going on change.org. Theres more than enough evidence to get this fricker canned.

I'm sure Stern is anxiously awaiting hearing your concerns.

How did he get away with it?

He did it bc Rip was all over him and he wanted to give a hard foul so the refs would watch them closer

That said, I was at the baseball game last night and didn't see the heat game and didn't see this foul.

It was pretty eggregious.

I don't think he should be suspended, but I also don't think Jason Smith or James Posey should have been either for their hits on Blake Griffin and Kirk Heinrich.

It was basically the antithesis of "play on the ball"

Wade seems like a genuinely good dude, he got a little frustrated and probably should have been tossed, but no reason to suspend him, it's not like he has a huge history of this. I mean hell WorldPeace only got 7 games for knocking someone out, and he's got quite the history...

Brian Windhorst ? @WindhorstESPN

The NBA will not upgrade or further punish Dwyane Wade for his flagrant foul on Darren Collison last night.

of course not.

The Heat HAVE to win a title. The NBA NEEDS them to win the title.

Too bad they wont.

Huh?

The storyline is much, much better for the NBA if the Heat do not win it all.

I think that's been said by quite a few posters on here before as well.

riiiiight.

it wasn't a Wade cheap shot that ruined Rondo's season via injury during the playoffs last year. It was just an accident that when Wade pulled him down out of frustration his arm got mangled.

It was also completely innocent when he broke Kobe's nose at the AllStar game this year.
