Received this email today. On Reddit, New York people said they received this email a few days prior then out of nowhere were approved for a Saturday morning launch. Has to be soon since the promotion ends Jan 31.

I heard January 15th is the day... I don't know if I believe it or not though.

Saw something on Twitter yesterday that the day was January 15th, but it’s been pushed back. It said it was hopeful to be online before the super bowl.

It’s been a lot of fun to have in NY but just a word to the wise…read the fine print on those bonuses very carefully before throwing a bunch of money around.

Barstool was pretty cool on this with me. I dropped $1,200 on Rafa to win Roland Garros, it lost, and I didn't even realize I had the bonus. They gave me $1,000 credit and I think I only had to play it through once to be real cash. In other words, after playing $1,000 in bets, which was easy after winning and losing some, it was real money. I'm not sure they're all quite the same. For instance, I once had a $400 credit with MGM I must have had to play 20 times over to become cash.

There was a guy on WWL radio yesterday who said he expects it "this month" for at least a couple of the apps, but certainly before the Super Bowl.

It was an interesting discussion. These apps have to partner with an LA casino. For Caesars it's easy because they have casinos here, but for some of the others, having to partner is slowing down the approval process.

Yea I'm betting the rollover is like 10x or 15x before you cash out.

That's how it is in Michigan. MGM's app is tied to its own physical casino and Penn Gaming owns one of the Detroit casinos, so that one is naturally Barstool. After that, you basically have these big companies like Draftkings and Caesars affiliating with every podunk native American casino.

That was supposed to be the date. They are now saying by Super Bowl week.

I keep wondering what issues they are having to work out still. These apps are operating seamlessly in a number of other states. What issues could be preventing their use at the moment?

David Griffin practicing his life after basketball job in Louisiana politics with Zion news. He’ll fit right in.

Does VPN allow you to skirt the state by state rollout?

These deposit matches almost always come with a requirement of an insane amount of turnover before you can actually withdraw

Think I read where caesars literally changed the promo terms for their signup offer in NY after the result of the chiefs game.

DKNG has been up to some shenanigans also. The draymond issue from the weekend screwed them bad and now they are taking it out on everyone
