The Bills fanbase are diehards, and I respect their fandom. I would feel sorry for them if they got fricked over.

The NFL gets most of their money from TV contracts and the like.

The league has proven time and time again that it doesn’t give one single frick about the fans.

Hell, Buffalo is a small market and not a very good city. The NFL is probably itching to get out of there and into. A larger market.

I will say it again...if it can happen to Cleveland, it can happen to Buffalo. Those are two identical cities and fan bases. This is going to get bumpy!!!

There's a reason the Saints aren't in San Antonio right now.

I mean, it’s not San Diego, but there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s way better than Memphis.

Except one city is a growing city, in a state that's growing and the other city is a dying city in a dying region. Major difference....

Yeah but Austin isn’t exactly a massive TV market I don’t believe

Buffalo gives the NFL the Toronto Market, which is good for 4th biggest market in the NFL

I’d think they’d build a stadium on the south end of Austin to draw from San Antonio as well

But, if they went to Austin would they get a new stadium? Or, would they have to play in uterus stadium?

They would for sure get a brand new stadium for sure

If they needed a stadium to use while they build a new one, I’d imagine they would use the brand new Q2 soccer stadium.

That would probably be smart depending on where they would pick, San Antonio is an area that’s dying for a major franchise.

Doesn’t really matter as this is all completely unrealistic for a number of reasons either way, it’s just a fun exercise

Pittsburgh was dying. Cleveland was dying. Detroit was/is dying. Factor in that Green Bay isn’t exactly booming, and that Buffalo is near Toronto, and I think it’s reasonable to suggest that Western NY is still a good spot for the NFL.
