Have you detected a double standard in life? Let me count the ways? More new light, so do better workers. I'm guessing it has something to do with overall value to the business and emotional tolerance levels.

That is very interesting to me. Shocking and interesting. Especially in a situation like this

Convince me of what, I've already said I haven't seen any movies on the Vietnam War. But seems yall think it's weird that I haven't seen a movie that came out when I wasn't even 1. I wasn't familiar with the word Leonard used either.

It’s so weird the Miami folks are defending this. If a pocket of ignorant people in Idaho used the n-word routinely and claimed they didn’t know what it meant, nobody would support them.

These dumbasses are smart enough to tweet. They quote their definition from Urban Dictionary...even though the top definition on said site referred to Asians.

Him and his friends really want to hang on to this word for some odd reason...

Someone with your level of ignorance shouldn’t even be on this conversation, much less any conversation about offensive words. You don’t get out much, do you?

Get out a lot. My conversations involve money, women, sports. Not how to offend people of different races. But please tell me how knowing offensive words betters your life.

Full stop.

Sigh. And another one I cant stand.joins the list with

"Sammich" -when adults say it,especially men.
"In my feelings"
"Dead arse"
Calling a woman that you dont know a " queen "-still dont understand what's going on with that
"Wut" and the often used "wat" -not sure if theres a difference in the two but they both suck
"Ion" -as I dont
"Bet" -been around a long time but may warm to it eventually ,which is more than I can say about the other ones.
"Cuck" - a term that comes from the fetish porn industry
"Melt" isnt going anywhere on here and the meaning has morphed into meaning as little as being irritated
Sttdb- lame
Rtwfu -got old quick
Saying "tigerbait "to a stranger and not realizing its lame.
"Tyfys"now said about anyone and kinda overused
"Goat" may have now been said about everyone that's ever been in athletic competition, kinda goes with tyfys, its overused
"Nothingburger" this may be the worst of them all. Makes zero sense and its unknown the origin
.may have been better if theirs a "somethingburger". This one is perplexing to say the least.
Saying, "he gone" ,yes David Pollack ,I'm looking at you.
"Diaf" why this is the one way of wishing people death to have been abbreviated ,I'll never know.
"Kys" this is the only other one that I've seen for wishing death upon a person . Kinda makes my above statement irrelevant.
"Ok boomer"- I'm 34 but will get this one below in the replys I'm quite certain.

Anyone have anything else?
Man this is the worst post I've ever made derailing wise

Which category does this one fit into?

You say that after having entered this conversation. Don’t be a chicken shite and then play ignorant. That’s a common theme with you and your side.

Have no idea what you are talking about. I've already said I'm not familiar with the term. Not sure what else yall want me to say. I didnt speak on any right or wrongs in the situation.

Exactly. Then you said you talk about money, women, and sports. You are out of your element in this discussion by claiming ignorance. Ignorance doesn’t excuse his use of the word. We spent an entire year making sure of that.

So again...is this conversation part of your discussion about sports? Women? Or money?

My dad is 90, and was active during Korean Conflict. He calls flip flops "asian shoes". Pretty sure he's said it in a Target or Walmart with after I was grown.

So are we ok to start calling people figs again since that’s a slur that also changed meanings over the years

Justin Thomas should have went that route then

You think people from the north don't know what the N word means?
