Coaches talked and pulled the teams. Not surprised based on the looks on everyone’s faces. It’s not like the league can fault them for it either. That would be a PR nightmare if they came out and fined the coaches and/or teams.
I suspect they won’t continue the game. And that’s okay (and should be for the NFL too).

Booker is staring daggers at her when he bothers to even look at her

Eerily similar to Christian Ericksen in the Euros in a few years ago

Thanks. Obviously it's minor but was curious how it would work. Totally irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

Does anyone think that that tackle broke one of his ribs off piercing his heart? Idk just spitballin here.

I don’t think they will - the coaches seem to be in charge here and that’s the right thing. These are their guys

Not a good look ambulance left slow night lights /sirens. Anyone who has administers cpr knows the likely hood of survival decreases significantly after 5 minutes. The ones that I’ve gotten resuscitated typically happened within the 5 minute window . Hate to say this doesn’t look good .

Yeah probably a tie. Doubt Buffalo cares if it's a tie or a loss at this point.

I think that’s exactly what Sean McDermott did.
If so I have gained so much respect for him.

If they call this game...would they do a reschedule or declare a no contest.
Temporarily suspended. This game has playoff implications. It has to be finished at some point.

A majory artery could have been torn or severed leading to massive blood loss after a collision.
Would explain him passing out after getting up.

Was this 'commotio cordis'? That is when blunt trauma to the chest is sufficient to interrupt the heart's electrical activity.
I feel like I've heard a few stories about this when it comes to little league baseball.
Kids unfortunately dying after getting hit in the heart with fastballs.

Saying he was given oxygen as they loaded him up. That’s a good sign right? No reason for oxygen if he was dead.
If he is unconscious they will have to bag him or the oxygen won’t be moved so that is definitely a good sign if he’s hooked up to a mask instead of getting manual ventilations provided by the medic

I hope they just go head and cancel the game. How can you play a football game after that

Get Suzie, Booger and Shefter off the TV please.
What do you want them to do? Throw to week 17 highlights? They're the halftime crew in studio.

Makes no sense why they would do cpr this long with the support staff on hand. They’d absolutely have a defibrillator ready.
Completely ignorant statement, because:

This is 100% true. Over 21 years in emergency medicine.

Feels like a heart confusion maybe and direct trauma to the sternum leading to some type of cardiac arrest/failure of heart itself
Commotio cordis.
