The best Super Bowl was the classic SB13 in the Orange Bowl when the Steelers barely beat the Cowboys 35-31.
26 Hall of Famers were on the field. Both Staubach and Bradshaw had over 100 quarterback ratings.

Both of the Giants over Pats games.
Eli made some of the best throws I’ve ever seen in my life in these games.
One that gets forgotten is the early long ball when they were backed up on their own goal line. It could not have been thrown better
The spin out survival toss to whats his name securing the ball in his helmet was just peak football. Eli was Rocky and he wasn’t going down again.

Besides SB 44 for obvious reasons, I’ll say SB 36 patriots over rams.
I was 10 and it was probably the first football season that I really followed closely in general. I was very caught up with a team called the Patriots possibly winning it all in the aftermath of 9/11.
That game gave birth to the legend of TB12.
We’ve been blessed with a lot of close SB games.
In general, SB 49 & 51 are probably the 2 best games I’ve ever watched in terms of the SB.

Also biased, but Super Bowl 59. The dagger to Smitty and Dejean's pick 6 were beautiful.
Super Bowl 44 was great to watch also.

it's still Super Bowl 34. Came down to a tackle on the 1 yard line.
from a completely neutral observer with no love or malice for either team, probably this.
Pats/Falcons
Broncos/Panthers
Steelers/Panthers

Super Bowl 43 Steelers and Cardinals.
That game had everything. Huge plays that were some of the best in Super Bowl history, multiple lead changes, last minute drive to win. Most importantly, all the marquee players had great games. Two team were playing the best ball they could and put on a great show.

I don't think very many people saw that coming.

Elway helicopters the Broncos to an upset win over Favre’s Packers who were trying to repeat.

Terrell Davis had a lot to do with Elway’s triumph. He was not yet Peyton Manning Bronco’s level noodle arm, but he was getting there.
SB XXIII
49ers down 16-13 with 3:10 to go.
49ers need to go 92 yards.
They get in the red zone…they don’t play it safe and take the FG…they go for the W.
I think that may have been John Taylor’s only catch of the game.
28-3 just came out of nowhere in so many ways…but between lot of Patriot haters, and a lot of regional Falcon lovers and haters….heck of a roller coaster.

28-3
That was like a 100 year flood. We'll likely never see anything like that again in our lifetimes. It was unreal to watch that thing unfold. Best by a mile.

At one point in the week leading up to the game, Vegas put them as a 19 point underdog. One point more than the 1968 Jets !
No one except for the rare optimistic Boston sports fan gave them a chance.
