also i'd suggest Belle Chasse and Bogalusa...

Chalmette is pretty intimidating, or at least it was back in the early 2000s.. we had a horrible experience there . One of our TEs had two torn ACLs and was holding our teams big ‘battle flag’ on the field during pregame warmups. Two or three of y’all’s students ran on the field, tackled him, took the flag, and ran and hopped into a truck waiting right outside the stadium and took off

Looking back, it’s pretty funny and well thought out, but at the time, MANNN were we pissed

Shoutout to STBPD for getting our shite back

That was the year after I graduated, but good thing I wasn’t driving the truck, I would have lost SBSO and gotten away

District 5-4A Division I features the defending 4A Division I state champion Stephenville, the defending 4A Division II state champion China Spring moving up in classification, and the always dangerous Waco La Vega team.

China Spring alumnus checking in. We had a junior QB from Wimberly move in, he was MVP of that district last year. Our head coach is now at Baylor, so should be interesting to watch.

I lived in Stephenville for 3-4 years after college and love that town. Will def try and make that game.

What small, lesser known towns have great Friday night atmospheres??

There are few LA hs games that can compare with the atmosphere for STA vs EA. Those games sometimes get as many as 9k people, more than the population of Gonzales.

raise your hand if you played here back in the day ...
nothing left but memories since this was another Katrina casualty

site of my last HS playoff game (1985) vs. Boothville Venice.
That area bred fast athletes and bigASS mosquitos

I couldn’t get the link for 14-0 to work, is it my phone?
The link is the correct one, but when I click it, my browser says, "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead".

If I google 14-0 Productions, it goes to that page with no problem. I have a bookmark on my laptop. It goes to it with no problem. Weird.

These two played last night and my god, insane game. Could very easily be the TXHSFB game of the year.
