The Garrappolo injury part of that story was debunked already as well. Jimmy went to tb12 long before his injury and even had a key card to the tb12 facility and received treatment from Guerrero

It does make you wonder how good Brady actually is. W/o him, the Pats are above .500. For comparison when Peyton was out for the Colts, they were the worst team in the league.

They sucked without Luck too. Amazing how dependent they are on the QB position. Anything less than a first overall pick and they implode.

love all the sunshine pumpers who forget someone named drew bledsoe who was tossed out the back door of the training room like dirty laundry when he was "at that time" just as greatest of all time but aging, as brady is now

BB has proven time and time again he couldnt give a rats arse how HOF you are as long as he has a replacement who can be "as good or close to it" with more long term potential because he can change the schemes and game plan to fit any situation he needs to

I don't pretend to be on top of this story but if Brady was able to make the owner trade a player BB wanted to keep that is all sorts of fricked up. There has to be a clear hierarchy in an organization and a 40 year old QB can not be dictating personnel to a multiple SB winning head coach.

Eventually the 49ers moved on and traded Joe Montana.

Except you can’t. He’s what 10-6 and 3-1 with the Pats without Brady since Brady was named starter and it was Bledsoe who won his first AFCCG in Pittsburgh

Bledsoe replaced an injured Brady before everyone screams wtf

I don't know how good jimmy g is.

I know Brady is top tier with all the marbles in play.

I don't believe Brady survives one big hit. His bones are 40.

Someone bet Brady has at least one more full season left at top tier.

Therefore competing for two championships.

Get back to me when jimmy g gets to one super bowl

In 4 years, jimmy g is better.
Next year Brady is favored to win super bowl with Edelman back.

Now is Brady and bill.

Some day maybe jimmy g.

I got killed in the Jimmy G trade thread for saying what a terrible and Un-Bill decision it was. Brady has a year or two after this one tops. All the stuff saying oh he’s in such great shape. horseshite. He’s old. It’s going to happen.

And I was right. Jimmy G is a stud and the Pats won’t have a replacement in a year or two.

Should have dumped Brady a year or two early.

I remember the Indianapolis Colts having an aging QB AND the #1 pick in 2012 NFL Draft which allowed them to select a QB from Stanford that was considered a can’t miss a prospect. It hasn’t worked out to well for Indy and that old QB went on to break a few NFL records, 3 more Pro Bowls and another championship ring.

Release a 5-time Super Bowl champion for an unproven backup? That’s stupid enough on it’s own. Never mind the $14 million cap hit this year and the $22 million cap hit next year.

Factually incorrect. Brady has been lights out in practice and camp for 2-3 years now.

The system described in the OP sounds like every system in every business in the world.
