There's really nothing to be butt hurt about, it's all about projections till they hit the majors anyway.

Actually, Bregman has been playing 3B some in the minors to prepare him to play 3B in the majors. I don't see Correa moving to 3B. He's so talented and athletic at SS.

It really isn't a big deal. I remember a couple years ago when these prospect lists were 10x more important than games for us, so I understand why it's a big deal to you

Having Swanson over Bregs makes no sense.

I am obviously an LSU homer, but it objectively makes no sense

He has average range/quickness and a great arm.

If Bregman is better, he should play SS.

Bregs in 70 games of AA and AAA:

.309 avg, .416 OBP, .603 slg, 1.019 OPS, 19 hrs, 60 RBI

Swanson in 77 games of AA and A(adv)
.290 avg, .383 OBP, .457 SLG, .840 OPS, 6hrs, 39 RBI

To put it nicely, Bregs is wiping his arse with Swansons face

Its just as much about preserving his bat by moving him to 3rd, less wear and tear. I don't think either Bregman's or Correa's defensive skills are that different.

#scoutingthestatline

Almost as if there's more that goes into evaluating players than comparing minor league stats

So you just repeated yourself, cool.

How do their arms compare? How does their range compare? Actions around the bag? Who is a better baserunner?

But please keep doubling down on the stats.

It really isn't at all. It means almost nothing, yet still the butthurt flows through Houston.

You're right. We know everything about these 2 through 70 games in the minors.

Dude, it is EVERY HITTING STAT. And Bregs has done it at higher level ball Im sorry, but stats reflect what happens at the plate. And when you are kicking someones arse in them, they are a pretty convincing sign that you are outperforming them

I said that? No, I said he is wiping his arse with Swasnsons face right now. So to have Swanson ahead of him in a prospect list, makes one a Braves homer, or someone holding on to a prediction they made in the past

It's all about projection and has very little to do with a 70 game sample.
