Nah. Intentionally hitting guys with baseballs should be reserved for protecting your players (like when the Marlins seemed to keep intentionally throwing at Acuna - that’s the time to retaliate to get them knock that shite off). Ozuna….if it were anyone else, I would argue that the ball hit the ground before the catcher caught it, but FFS, it’s just embarrassing

Man I’m not an Ozuna defender by any means, and with his struggles he shouldn’t be in the lineup at all (except in a situation like now when we’re up so big) but those boos in every single at bat are just a bad look, and they’re loud on tv. In the stadium it’s gotta be deafening. I feel like it’s got to be messing with the dudes head.

I think the boos are a message to the coaches and management as much to him…how the hell has he not been sent down for a bit or something. Go find your damn swing and a couple seeing eye singles
