Man I’m not an Ozuna defender by any means, and with his struggles he shouldn’t be in the lineup at all (except in a situation like now when we’re up so big) but those boos in every single at bat are just a bad look, and they’re loud on tv. In the stadium it’s gotta be deafening. I feel like it’s got to be messing with the dudes head.

If it was anyone else I might agree, but he’s a wife beater and a drunk driver so he deserves everything he gets.

P.S. Strider is incredible

Yeah, it’s not helpful. As bad as Ozuna is now, tough to hear fans boo one of their own team’s players like this. It’s not like he is a bad clubhouse guy or has talked shite about his team or the fans. He does suck at baseball right now though.

Well if these boos were happening when he first came back from his off the field stuff then people could take that moral high ground. If he was raking, 90% of the fans booing would be cheering, the off the field stuff notwithstanding.

how the hell has he not been sent down for a bit or something.

You can't just send a guy down when he doesn't have any options.

Hilliard has been a pleasant surprise. Holding it down in Money Mike’s absence. Going to have to find a way to keep playing him when Harris returns.

It won't be hard considering what LF is for us. Although Eddie is hitting the ball hard without a lot to show for it when he's not striking out.

Hilliard has definately played his way into staying on the team, I think.

I look forward to the return of Harris, Travis and Arcia. We'll be a deep team again... until someone else gets hurt.

But maybe at that point we can DFA Ozuna.
