I mean, the warning signs were there when he decided to "speed up" the game.

The gift that keeps on giving. It seems like yesterday when the Stros traded away Hader and Domingo Santana for Gomez and this fruit.

Well back to 100 loss season. It was fun while It lasted

You still have the Rangers as opponents.

They still have Jon the Moron who decides that:

*The Rangers have too many left-handed hitting outfielders, so they trade a left-handed hitting outfielder for … a left-handed hitting outfielder
*Then they trade away one of their only right-handed bats (ok, technically a switch-hitter) for a pitcher with injury problems
*And then sign a third baseman who hasn't done anything since winning the Home Run derby some years back.

So you won't be seeing the 100 loss column for a while.

It was a smooth butt-fricking. They needed to be fired for cheating.

2/On that Van Wagenen said: "(Beltran) looks at the little things. He looks for tips. He looks for any weaknesses that he can exploit in game planning. He did it as a player and we know that that's going to be a key part of his success as a manager." If the NYM think this

3/stain does not travel with Beltran as a manager, I think the are wrong. Time will help minimize it -- like it did with players associated with steroids who got MLB jobs or made the Hall. But in the present, it is something the NYM and Beltran will have to confront.

The report says many players knew the scheme was wrong b/c it crossed the line and/or violated MLB rules. "Players stated that if Manager A.J. Hinch told them to stop engaging in the conduct, they would have immediately stopped." Breaking monitors apparently wasn't clear enough.

Its almost as if the players are throwing Hunch under the bus

Luhnow and Hinch were hammered but the Astros weren't. They weren't picking high so they aren't missing out on some can't miss prospect. It's just 4 picks. International money not touched.

What horrible managerial skills. If I hire a manager I sure hope he handles things better than the passive aggressive approach a 16 year old girl would do.

But still a title.

I mean, ignorance is bliss. So, Houston fans can just choose to accept ti.

But in reality, outside of Houston, it won't be considered a true title.

If Pete Rose is banned for gambling, Hinch and Luhnow should be banned for life period.
