Activated Ben Heller No idea who that is

Me neither. He's only pitched 7.1 innings this season, so pretty green.

It's at Bengals and Bandits. You can buy them online. I have the purple one, but they also have an orange one as well.

Wondering where tdeucen is too. Don't mind him too much though.

I actually like when tdeucen is around. I enjoy baseball fans who enjoy baseball -- which is my impression of tdeucen.

I do not enjoy people who are "fans" merely just to flame threads and talk shite like they are actually players on the team or something..

He's been around several years. Pops in to talk baseball and not just a troll who shows when we play the Yankees.

I can't remember the last time I saw a major league team kick it around the way the Yankees did in the late innings last night. Seemed like a loss of focus, packed it in for the day kind of thing. That's not to mean they've packed it in for the series by any means.

It was odd seeing them fumble the ball so much.

And I expect them to come out swinging tonight. This series isn't over yet.

But being up 3-1 is much better than not being up 3-1.

A few of those were tough errors, but hey, I am not the official scorer.

Reading some quotes for Yankee players: I expect them to see a lot of pitches tonight, or at least attempt to.

They feel like they’ve been too aggressive in some scenarios

Hopefully JV is sharp and we get to Paxton early to make them press a bit

In 1921 the Yankees (established 1903 as the New York Highlanders) reached their first World Series, losing in eight games to the New York Giants. For the next nine decades, they've won at least one pennant. Their last was in 2009. This decade ends in a few weeks...

I’m curious as to when their bullpen just runs out of gas.

Technically this decade ends at the end of next year...

Just to give them some hope.

That seems like a poor approach facing JV. Can't watch your best chance for a hit each AB.

They held back Britton and Chapman last night so I would think they’d try to get a little bit of length (at least more than 3 outs worth) from those guys tonight. Happ and Cessa both have rest and can provide some length but neither guy scares me at all.

But yeah, they really need Paxton to be sharp and give them 3 or 4 innings at least and even then it’s gonna be interesting tomorrow if they do manage to win tonight.

Hopefully we keep working deep into counts and it becomes a war of attrition

Yeah, let Verlander get ahead of every batter. That will totally work.

Yankees are done. There backs were broken last night. Pressly shot an arrow through their hearts.
