I just checked it out.
It is a little sketchy and a bad look for the school if he’s fricking a former student of his, regardless if she’s 18 or not.
As an administration I’d probably want to distance myself from that too.

Combine that with the fact that he had a problem showing up to work on time and flat out disobeyed orders from his administration and it’s easy to see why they decided it would be best to move on.
Nothing wrong with him dating her (she is legal) but I understand why a school would look down on that.
