the assumption that Peyton and Eli were a big part of Arch's development

Was this a major talking point by the media?

He played against nobody’s in HS. Class 2A is pretty low as far as talent. I know Peyton and Eli played there but maybe Arch is just all name and no game.

Even with the level of competition, I watched a few of his HS games and he looked like a big time prospect with the throws he could make and the athleticism.

He had some rough edges, threw a few bad picks, but so does every HS QB. The problem is that he hasn't improved since he got to Texas.

One commentator said Arch played against Asian kids in Prep School who were looking at Ivies not sports.

Sort of sounds like he built his HS Resume on what would be most other schools freshman team.

Did any of his teammates or opposition get P4 Scholies?

Didn’t he play with the Bordelon brothers? Plus I think one of the receivers was pretty good too

Wonder why that is. Both his uncles have been retired for a few years. Why would living in different states affect them working with him sometimes.

It’s the same school the other Mannings went to, as well as Odell. It’s definitely weak competition. But he looks like he’s even regressed from then.

Lebron James syndrome. Everybody’s been telling him how good he is for so long, I guess nobody thought he really had to improve.

But LeBron James did improve…

And I don’t think everybody is telling Arch how great he is… he knows he never won state, he knows he didn’t beat out Ewers, he knows he didn’t beat Ohio State when it was there for the taking…

The narrative won’t change until October 11th… at the earliest. Until then Arch will have more questions than answers

I don’t think you could’ve picked a worse name for this syndrome than Lebron James
