Just curious as to what your thoughts are with your college presidents voting against playing football. Has to be huge economic losses in most of these college towns.

I’d imagine the two big ten schools that voted play are Ohio state either Michigan or Wisconsin.

We found out who the REAL football schools in the conference are now. Hawkeyes and Cornhuskers.

Doesn't surprise me. From a fanaticism standpoint, Nebraska is equal to any SEC school. I guess Iowa's support is up there as well.

I hardly ever agree with Iowa, but glad we’re the two B10 schools dissenting. Couldn’t care less about the rest of the conference.

I would say a lot of them are pissed but those tribalism politics are heavily influential

ETA: CFB and it's universe is an old school bastion of Americana - hard work, sweat equity, meritocracy, so it doesn't often bleed heavily with socialist propaganda, regardless of where you live. Hardcore CFB fans in general lean center or center-right. A lot of our friends in blue states aren't your typical hardcore libs.

Also, Ohio State has a new president that starts the job later this month. This a-hole more than likely voted no on a season without even seeing the protocols and practices the football program implemented.

Ohio St just hired a flaming liberal as President. I’m furious about this. I’d rather leave the B1G and join a new Big 12 or SEC. frick this shite.

Iowa and Nebraska are the only two teams in the conference without a professional sport franchise.
