Bell leveled Kupp on his shoulder. Legit football play.
Would have resulted in Rams getting pushed back 10 yds w holding call.
Let’s appearances dictate the super bowl.

Higgins held badly on the 4th down as well. That was Burrow's first read and that was why Donald was able to get there.

Did Kupp even land in bounds? I thought his head might have hit out of bounds first but they never showed good replays.

They called it a dead ball foul. Is that normal? I don't understand how that hit was after the play.

I think they called that so they didn't have to make a call if he caught it or not.
