Garrett? The one who wrecked into another car while high on heroin and often drove while impaired. The one that was selling opiates to other humans. Correct, he put many more than 2 in danger.

Whenever I have a beer or two with my meal, I always keep the cc receipt in my wallet for the drive home just for this reason. It will have a time stamp and the exact amount and type of drink I had. Cops know that saying you "only had a few beers" is code for I'm drunk and trying to get out of it. Pulling out a receipt and saying "I had two Coors Light over the course of 1 hour and 27 minutes" gets you off the hook.
