I think that injury could be worse than they let on. The "calf" injury could easily have been a Durant "calf" injury meaning that Achilles is going to go and isn't responding to treatment.

If you are injured, why not just sit on the bench another year and collect 25 million? Especially if it seems like injuries are going to shorten your career. He will never be able to make that kind of money again.
