They would all win if they had NE defense most likely.

Been a Saints fan my whole life

Anyone picking Brees over Brady is unable to get their emotions in check

Why?

Drew Brees has a higher postseason QB Rating than Brady, AND Brees playoff offenses score more points and turn the ball over less than Brees led offenses.

So why is it THAT obvious?

Brees.

Brees beat Manning and would have beaten Brady in 2019.

Brady’s path to the playoffs and SB was easier than Brees

Yeah it was a breeze getting past the Ravens and Steelers D in the 2000's for sure

Didn't Mahommes lose to Brady in a Super Bowl? The same Brady that lost to Brees twice in the regular season?

If Brees doesn’t throw the ball at Thomas’ feet in regulation, the game is taken out of the ref’s hands.

If Brees doesn’t throw a pick after getting the ball first in overtime, he could’ve proven you right.

You know the Saints lost to the Bucs that same postseason, right?

I always wondered how Brees would do in the peak NE system.

Pretty sure Brees had the perfect offensive system for his size and arm and playing safely indoors.

Mahomes was on one leg with a 3rd string offensive line.

It is what it is in reality, but I'd take Mahomes over Brady every time.

Give me Eli Manning. I don’t know how he will find a way to win it, but he will.

When judging individual players, team accomplishments as well as personal accolades mean something, but they aren’t everything. They’re more of a tie breaker if you ask me.

Brees performed better in the playoffs and had one of the best Super Bowl performances ever. Give him a good defense and he’s virtually unbeatable.

One of the biggest misnomers about Brees was he wasn’t that good outdoors. He was phenomenal outdoors as well and in inclement weather.

He wasn’t as* good outdoors. His rating is 10 points lower outdoors. This is true for most QBs. People only point to this because he and Manning played indoors 100+ more times than Brady.

The “as” was a typo. Obviously nobody is as good or better outdoors as they are indoors. And it’s irrelevant that he and manning played more indoors than Brady.

A better way to settle this is looking at the opposite side. If your team wanted to win a superbowl and had to FACE one QB, who would you NOT want to face.

Anyone who doesn’t say Brady doesn’t understand football.

Do I also have to face his elite defenses, the best coach ever, and some elite special teams play?

I adore Drew Brees but relying on counting stats to debate that a 1 time Super Bowl champ gives you a better chance than a 7 time Super Bowl champ is insane.

Sean Payton is a top 3 play caller since 2000 easy. BB is a DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR. Just look how each performed without HOF head coaches. Brady got a ring after Brees’ arm was dead in his new location. Brees was replaced in his previous stop.
